As the endorsed and administering agency for the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) health plan, Aycock & Fowler Insurance Agency is committed to bringing each member, associate member, and their employees the best service possible.
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) plans will be offered to groups of two or more employees. The rates are determined by the census of the group and case submissions will be conducted through Aycock & Fowler. Each member company will have it's own annual open enrollment period. Members currently enrolled with BCBSTX will be required to complete applications and group forms for the TAB plans.
